Where do you travel to? |

I cover mainly London and the surrounding borough but I will travel to any location, there is a travel fee for all areas outside a radius area of our base in surrey. Please enquire about daily rates for wedding out side the uk . |

Yes, if you live (or your venue) is within the specified areas. i travel to you for your trial and on the day of your wedding. |

Why do I need a trial-run? |

It's important to see how your will look both for your self and for us. Lasting between 1-3 hours, you may try a variety of different looks to achieve what your looking for. |

How soon before the wedding should i book a trial-run? |

Due to volume of enquiries, it is wise to have a trial as soon as possible; bookings can be taken up to a year ahead. |

Should my make-up be done after my hair is styled? |

Yes, it is best to do your make-up applied last so it still looks fresh. |

How can i secure my wedding date in your diary? |
| A |
You can secure a date in my diary by sending a deposit of £70 along side a booking form that will secure a trial date and also place a hold on your wedding date. If after the trial you wish to go ahead with us a further deposit of 50% of the final balance will be required . |

I am getting married in only two weeks time and need a hair/make-up artist but might have left it too late. Can you help? |

At Bridal Hair At Home has a team dedicated for weddings and make-up, and is often able to provide someone at short notice. Give us a call as soon as possible to discuss your requirements. |

When should i pay the final balance? |

The balance is payable anytime prior to your wedding or special occasion by cheque, or i can accept cash on the day. Sorry, i am unable to accept credit cards. |

What if i decide to cancel my booking? |

You must notify me of cancellation in writing within 30 day prior to the wedding. Please note that the booking fee is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. |

How long does it take to do my hair/make-up on the day? |

It varies but on average it takes about 1 ½ hour to do hair and make-up for each person. |

What if you are ill on my wedding day? |

In this unlikely event, i have a circle of friends who are hair and make-up artists and every step would be taken to find someone to visit you. if this was not possible, you would be given a full refund including your booking fee. |

I intend to have 6 bridesmaids at my wedding, all of whom will need hair and make-up. Can you do this? |

With advance notice, there is no limit to the number of people we will makeover. We can supply a team of artist if needed. |
